How do you ensure that we get the Matching profiles ?

Marriage is a very important thing in one’s life The selection of a life partner has to be made with utmost care. The applicants are required to give detailed specifications in a very well defined and laid out application form. Then our match making team uploads the profile into our specially designed software called Marriage Maker to get compatible profiles from our own database according to the client’s preference. Further, Perfect Matrimonial team uses other means like Print advertisements and other means to get matching profiles.

The registration charges for the membership are valid till the time the person gets married.

Do you send original photographs to everyone?

We scan the photograph provided by the client & upload it in our software along with all the details. We do not send the photograph along with each proposal. We ask the Client to visit our office to see the photographs of the selected profiles. But if the Client is not in a position to visit our office then with the consent of the said party, we send the photographs.

Can we upgrade our services at any point of time?

We offer a wide range of packages to suit the pocket of our clients &
clients can choose the right package accordance to their own needs and
requirements. But at any point of time, the client can upgrade to a higher package once they are satisfied with our services. The initial amount paid would be adjusted at the time of upgrading.

What is your responsibility if the match fixed by you goes wrong?

We try our best to avoid such incidents. We ask for supporting documents of birth, identity, decree in case of divorce and a photograph. All forms are verified. But members must also verify all information through their own sources. We can provide Professional help at reasonable amount, for verification in case it is desired by the client. We also advise others methods like matching horoscopes, social compatibility and adjustable nature, before finalizing a match. We wish you good luck but beyond that the company cannot be held liable for anything.

Will the Contact Details of the advertised disclosed to the people calling against the Advertisement?

The company ensures high level of confidentiality of its members and doesn’t disclose the contact details in the advertisement. The advertisements released are to offer its clients a wider choice, so the client’s privacy will be surely maintained.
